For wheelchair accessible motorhomes, fifth wheels, or travel trailers, Sunland RV can either special order or custom fit a Recreational Vehicle equipped for your special needs. It is our goal to ensure that with an RV equipped ofr the handicapped, no one is precluded and everyone has the opportunity to travel the United States in recreational comfort.

Seen here is a Keystone Passport 3050BH that has been modified by our experienced technicians to accommodate a wheelchair, including a power wheelchair lift mounted inside an enlarged door with stairs still attached.

Wheelchair Accessible Motorhome by Newmar
Newmar Corp designed a wheelchair accessible motorhome from the ground up. They took their popular Canyon Star gas motorhome and designed the 3911 wheelchair accessible motorhome! They interviewed several retail customers about their needs and delivered exactly what they wanted.

Newmar's handicap accessible motorhome features include:
- A 30-inch wide path from the front of the coach to the bed even with the slides in.
- A true handicap equiped bathroom with a large 48x37 roll-in shower with seat and grab bars, wheelchair accessible lavatory, grab bars around the toilet, and medicine cabinets and mirrors that have been lowered.
- 48-inch wide power wheelchair lift with wired remote control.
- Cooktop and microwave have been lowered for easy access.
- An "L" shape dinette with plenty of space for a wheelchair.
