I wasn't made aware of an extended warranty, which would have been nice since the first and only time we have taken it out, we discovered the microwave does not work, nor do the running lights. I have had the rv for just over 30 days and am having to pay to have the microwave replaced and figure out why the running lights don't work. Also, I have to buy a weight distribution hitch. I found out as I hooked the rv up to leave your lot. Pat didn't know I would need one. That cost another 800.00. I would have been ok with the WDH, but I feel the microwave should be under some kind of warranty, if only 30-60 days. It turns on, as Eric showed me in the walk through, but it doesn't heat, which I wouldn't have known in the walk through. I just think if I pay 11,500.00, the microwave not working should be covered. When I took it to HW Willis, they said I did not get a warranty so I am responsible for the 75.00 for them to look at it and the cost of the new microwave. I just don't think that makes for good business and will tell people when asked, that is the service you can expect. I had hoped for a rv for my son and I to enjoy, as I'm a single mom, but instead, our summer vacation money has been spent on fixing the rv (that I have had for a month) since we can't use it right now with no running lights or a microwave. This has been a horrible experience for something g that is supposed to be fun and enjoyable.

I will try and explain all of my numbers.. First of all Holiday World of Willis is staffed with some of the best people we enjoyed dealing with everyone there. The first question concerning knowledge and courteous, Brock is very courteous but I believe he needs additional time understanding and learning every detail he can about the RV's, this is not a knock just improvement comments, at times he did not seem to know some details that I would have expected him to. Question 4 I placed as an 8 we were scheduled to do our walk at 10am in the morning and received a call to push it to 3:30pm, so if we were to say was it ready at the scheduled time, not really but our schedule was flexible and it was no problem. Q5, we received an excellent walk through, Paul did a great job, Amanda was also extremely helpful and we had a question that has been followed up on via phone by Ana. So at the end of the day, would I do business again, would I tell others that I had a great experience, yes I would.
I am a first time buyer and Auston was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and the time it took me to make my decision! He has continued to help me, making sure I am ready. As long as Auston is working there, he will be my go to salesperson!!
From looking for a fifth wheel to taking delivery of our Montana 3811-ms was an exciting and stress free experience. Thank you Holiday World of Alvarado, TX...Great Job!
