Everything has been positive to this point. I'm still waiting for the replacement dinette table. The original one in my camper is warped.

Ratings explained: Larry was tops in his field - one of the best sales experiences we could have hoped for. There was no pressure, no up-selling (other than the appreciated needed/must-have after-market products we would need), extremely experienced and knowledgeable in his field Finance department - incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, on on top of his game. Explained every detail to us, answered all of our questions. Don't let this guy get away from you! My issue was in the delivery process and final hand-off. There were two critical elements that played into this, for which I took into consideration - awarding a 4-star rating instead of a 3 (or lower). (1) the unit came from your League City store, so there were issues of missing equipment that may or may not be attributed to "control" there, and (2) the service technician that originally had the unit for it's readiness and final QC evidently started the process, but did not finish it (we were told illness was the factor) - leaks in the water hose inlets, missing equipment, missing light bulb, missing a screen, botched caulk job in the water tank compartments, no front license plate bracket, etc. This further resulted in a replacement technician taking us through the final walk through, and appeared to be somewhat unfamiliar with the unit. All of this has contributed to a lot of time wasted in returning the vehicle a couple of times for servicing - time and expense that for the most part could have been avoided. I trust that this report will assist you in improving the service department and final delivery process. To put this into perspective, we have invested in an item that cost 3 times the average price of our cars, but with probably 10 times the issues and hassles of this related purchase. Logic would seem to indicate the opposite. Granted, there are vast differences in function and form of these two items, yet the detailing for final delivery would have greatly reduced the instances of these fail points. Never, ever will we buy another camper at Holiday World in Katy. We pick up our camper this morning it wasn't pulled up (we called a day before to let them know what time we were coming), battery wasn't charge (we called and asked them to charge it), and getting ready to leave and we saw our license plate setting on our battery (the bracket was broken by them and didnt bother to tell us), we went inside and asked them about it and he said he didn't know what happened. To top it off he said we could leave it but he didn't know how long it would take. This is not our first experience with them, but it will be out last. Thanks Holiday World for your awful service.
