I rated question three as a one because
I reported that we found a tear in the mattress when we got home and started to change the covers. I didn't pay for a used mattress, I paid for a new, untorn one. I would like to know what the status is on this. Sincerely, Lowell Stokes

To whom it may concern. My friends and I went to the Fort Worth RV Show yesterday (1/8/17) to view campers up until 5:00pm as advertised. We were extremely disappointed, after paying our admission fee and expecting to view campers until 5:00pm, that all the dealers locked up all their campers at 4:40pm concluding the show 20 minutes early. When we asked different dealers to see campers after 4:40pm we were told we could only see them if we were going to buy them, otherwise we could view them online. We did not pay the admission fee to be told to go home early and view them online. For future shows, we would appreciate viewing all campers up until the advertised closing time of 5:00pm; or please advertise that viewing concludes at 4:40pm so that we may plan accordingly. Thank you.
