Reception area and sales associate Gary Chambers were very helpful and friendly. Gary answered all of my questions. Paul who did my walkthrough and training was very helpful and friendly also. Seemed a little new which is fine and can't expect anyone to know every detail about every model. Only negative was having to wait because the keys were lost, no inspection had been done and they had to take trailer to another location to have it inspected. Am disappointed in owners manual, just a generic Gulf Stream manual and does not answer specific questions about the particular unit I purchased

Everyone I dealt with was a pleasure. the only issue I had was with the hot water heater not working properly and getting a timely answer was a bit of a challenge. I don't know if they all come with the valve, under the cabinet off to the side in front of the water heater, half off but I finally got the answer that I needed to turn that valve to hot only and works good now. not a big deal. easy fix when I got an answer. and I could not find the solution in the hot water manuel.

We visited this dealership 6 months ago. Daryll, our sales rep, called us about a month ago and said he had a great deal on a used motorcoach that would meet our needs. Well he was right. This whole experience has been a pleasure. The repairs that were part of the deal were all done before wwe took delivery save for a part that needed to be ordered, which it was and was promptly scheduled for install and completed. I took it in last week to get some other things we found dealt with under our extended service agreement. All done on time and in accordance with the service agreement. Once again a part had to be ordered which has been done and I am confident that it too shall be handled promptly. Would I do it all over again. Yes I would.
