Only problems were that the Coachmen wasn't completely ready on delivery date. Still needed some items to be fixed, and the exterior and interior protective coating hadn't been applied. Larry has been great, and Brandon did a good job showing us the RV on the walkthrough.
What a great place to buy your RV! We had been to several places looking for the "right" RV for us when we decided to go to Holiday World in Dallas. Debbie Miller (our salesperson) never forgot we were looking and sent us pictures of some she thought we might like. From the moment we got there until we signed the papers it was an easy, comfortable experience. Debbie Miller greeted us and we were allowed to tour the lot if you will with no pressure and see RVs we were interested in. Once we narrowed it down she went back and forth with us looking, comparing and trying to decide the right one for us. She was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the RV, answered every question we had and some we hadn't thought of! She was so nice, so friendly and once we decided on "the one" she made the rest a piece of cake. Kept us informed at every step from financing to driving off the lot. Every one there was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. I highly recommend Holiday World Dallas and don't forget to ask for Debbie...you won't be disappointed!
Support from all people we've met has been outstanding, so far; Mr. Cardona sent an email about the first scheduled inspection of the RV but hasn't responded to our inquiry as to what the schedule exactly is? Tammy was outstanding in her guidance thru the financing/extended warranty options process. Jerry was very helpful during our process as to what RV would fit our needs. Thank You, Gary

We contacted Holiday World about an RV we saw online. I spoke with Mark Washburn. He was very helpful and quite easy to work with. We also contacted other dealers about the same model RV but found them much less helpful. We chose Holiday World of Willis because of the way we were treated. We live in New Mexico so had a multi-day trip to get to them. We were not disappointed. The RV was exactly as advertised, they honored the trade-in value they quoted us and the inspection and closing processes were thorough and professional. I can recommend them without reservation.

I would like to share the experience of my wife and I purchasing our first 5th wheel at the Fort Worth RV show 2 to 3 weeks ago. It was a new 2017 Montana 3811ms legacy edition. Once we agreed to the purchase and put up the deposit down things went downhill all the way through delivery. This is by far the worst experience I have encountered in making a purchase of anything. I have received better customer service when purchasing a six pack of beer. I want to speak to the CEO of you organization as I am a retired Chairman and CEO with 40 years in the banking industry. I would want a customer to speak to me if I had a customer as unhappy as my wife and I are. My phone number is 817-371-4944.
