Colton Bock and Brook Hall were the main reason I actually made the purchase at Holiday World. I almost took my business to a different dealership after seeing the way the finance person treated the rest of the staff. I payed cash for my RV, so I didn't have to spend much time with the guy.

We purchased our Grand Design Reflection and bought the washer/dryer to be installed (it had to be ordered.) We returned after our first short trip. During our first trip we noted a few items that needed adjusting while the washer/dryer was being installed. Our service adviser (Sheryl) was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. She made sure all of our issues were addressed. Not only was all the work done promptly, it was completed a day ahead of schedule! I would be remiss by not recognizing Lou (the tech. performing the work) for the craftsmanship and care he took with our RV. Thank you Holiday World.

Holiday World of league City management, please do something with your employee Alice Parnell in service. Absolutely the rudest, most unprofessional employee I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Caused a very loud and embarrassing scene with me on March 10th, 2017 in front of other customers and employees in your service department. Please check Yelp reviews of the full incident concerning Alice Parnell that I wrote. I will most certainly never do business with your dealership again if I have to deal with this rude unprofessional employee. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with your dealership over the years. Do something with your employees before you loose more good customers.
